Consent to Personal Data Processing

The User, by providing personal data on the website https://gamemonitoring.net, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, gives consent to SERGEI DMITRIEV PR BEOGRAD (registration number: 67996950, Tax ID (PIB): 114976784, e-mail: [email protected]), hereinafter the Controller, to process personal data on the terms set out in this document.

2. Personal Data

2.1. This consent applies to the following categories of the User's personal data:

  • email address, username, account identifiers, and information received through connected authentication methods;
  • data contained in support requests, applications, emails, and other User communications;
  • payment-related information to the extent necessary to identify a transaction, service, refund, or request;
  • IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, Website action logs, page-visit information, and information about the use of Website functionality.

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • registration, login, account administration, and use of Website features;
  • publication of reviews, replies, and other User-Generated Content;
  • provision of paid digital services and confirmation of related transactions;
  • handling User requests and providing support;
  • ensuring security, preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;
  • analytics, error diagnostics, and improvement of the Website;
  • sending service notices related to the Website and the User's account.

4. Operations with Personal Data and Methods of Processing

4.1. The Controller may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, disclose to contractors where necessary, anonymize, block, delete, and destroy personal data.
4.2. Personal data may be processed using automated means, without such means, or by mixed methods.
4.3. To achieve the above purposes, the Controller may disclose personal data to recipients and entrust its processing to processors acting on behalf of the Controller, including contractors and service providers that provide hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, communications, Website protection, Website monitoring, as well as operation of other domain versions of the Gamemonitoring service, where this is necessary to achieve those purposes. The Website is a separate domain version of the Gamemonitoring service, the technical operation of which is ensured within a unified information system, including a centralized database and shared software and hardware infrastructure. The primary databases and core software and hardware infrastructure used for operation of the service are located in the Russian Federation, and personal data may therefore be stored and otherwise processed within that information system.

5. Term of Consent

5.1. This consent becomes effective from the moment the User expresses it through the Website interface or by another method that makes the User's intention verifiable.
5.2. This consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until the User withdraws the consent, unless longer processing is required by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

6.1. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to [email protected].
6.2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received by the Controller.
6.3. Withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to use part of the Website functionality where the relevant processing is necessary for that functionality.
6.4. The Controller may continue to process personal data without the User's consent in cases expressly provided by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
