Hire normal administrators, or else you're already banning just because your donors get offended when regular guys cut off their copters. This is just ridiculous. And, by the way, here's proof that the guys are still playing and nothing has been done to them, even though the admin said they were banned — empty talker. Better not waste your time on this biased server, where admins are ready to swallow insults aimed at them for currency. :)

That is, they may even be mistaken about the ban, but they won't look into it, they will simply tell you: "We don't ban just like that, if you were banned, it means there was a reason for it, wait for the unblock time" — that is their verbatim response to our attempt to simply understand the situation in more detail. So the administration definitely does not want to investigate, despite their own words from the posts below: "I listen to your wishes" and "It's important to me that it's cozy and interesting for everyone here." But in reality they simply issue bans without verification and/or explanation of the reason. The project is simply losing active people with such an attitude towards players.
