The admin got offended by this review and banned me with a permanent ban from the public group for being an "unwanted player." Through my buddy, not directly in PMs, he offers to unban me in exchange for an "apology and removal of the review." I gave the project many chances, since I initially joined to play because a good friend of mine was and still is a junior admin. The verdict is at the very end of the review if you can't be bothered to read it.
The server is extremely unstable. And I'm not just talking about the player count, but also the server FPS, lag, freezes, and constant crashes. Plenty of cheaters that the administration doesn't monitor, and if they do, it's only after players kick them in the backside. Some softcheaters have played through multiple wipes and never got banned, because when the heat was on they'd leave the server. And according to the administration, they can't be banned – no hard evidence, right?) There are a number of players who, after being permanently banned for cheating, got unbanned on the project. More than once. For insulting the junior admins' mothers, the server owner also unbanned people after a permanent ban out of fear that the whole group of the guilty player would leave.
As for the administration on the project – at most one person. The rest either play other games or just don't deal with the server. Consequently, game fixes come out once a year, new content even less often, responses to tickets take 6 hours on average, unless it involves a donation you've purchased). The record response time for a ticket is about a day.
The fix for the spas 12, which caused the entire map to freeze solid, came a year after it was added to the game. Plus they use the most common Codeshop Gunpack. In other words, all the content on this project can be found on other servers where the administration is much more responsible. The admin's attitude toward their own creation deserves a separate paragraph.
When things get really bad on the server, the admin starts doing something. When things are somewhat okay (40 out of 90 players), the administration couldn't care less. "Everyone's burned out on the server" – words from one of the admins I was close with.
The economy is broken, there's no gun balance, hit registration is a nightmare, everything lags and freezes even on top‑tier hardware, cheaters are everywhere, tickets pile up 50 per day and all go unanswered, the administration is sluggish, they unban people after a permanent ban for cheating, there's nothing unique about it at all.
If you ask the admins uncomfortable questions, you can get banned. Good luck with the game.)
P.S. There are two positively liked reviews from the admin: one from Chaikin (the server owner), the second from Yegor Kazakov, who is actually Chaikin himself (there's a link to his VK). I see a third positive review from clockwork, who was Chaikin's buddy.
