I have been familiar with the project for over 5 years, both as part of the staff and as a player. Here you can always find RP both as a Stalker and as part of a faction (which I highly recommend, because Sever is focused on the RP component, which greatly distinguishes it from other projects where it's 80% PVP). There is always a curator team that can help in situations, and also an event team that will always make your game more varied.
I've been playing on the New story clear sky server for several months now and, unfortunately, I can say that the project's administration leaves much to be desired.
Firstly, they often push donations on players, doing it in such a way that without paying money you simply can't play on equal footing with others. At the same time, the rules are constantly changed in favor of the administration's favorites, who gather into donation groups and spoil the role-play atmosphere of the project.
Secondly, the administration acts as a patron to these very favorites, not noticing that they violate the project's rules. Moreover, any player complaints about rule violations are either ignored or dealt with sarcastically, which only reinforces the impression of the administration's incompetence.
Finally, it must be said that the role-play atmosphere of the project has been seriously damaged by the actions of donation groups. Players with rewritten rules have started blatantly violating the project's rules, which has been noticed by many players. Instead of taking action against these players, the administration just sits and watches everything from the sidelines.
In the end, it can be said that the New story clear sky server on DayZ is increasingly becoming just a platform for donators, where adherence to the project's role-play rules takes a back seat, and the administration's incompetence ruins the entire game atmosphere. I do not recommend this server for playing.
