The server is cool in its own way, but there are nuances everywhere. First of all, the large number of mods, which terribly affects the game itself, occasional micro freezes, no matter what PC you have. Second, the spawn of vehicles - in all the time I've run through military bases and cities, I haven't encountered a single car, let alone helicopters. I'd like to find a car, build it, rather than buy it through a website. Third, a minor nuance is the partial or complete absence of heli crashes - in all that time I haven't seen a single one, I'd like to see one too.
But overall, the server is great, lots of weapons, bunkers, events like convoys, airdrops, or military missions. The server even has AI, they look like "people", the movements are a bit dumb, but their presence already shows that the server is moving in the right direction, the main thing is to stop in time, otherwise it will turn into PVE. In short, come in and taste this world of pain and humiliation! I recommend 9 iron bolts out of 10 talibs!

I played for about 4 hours. Honestly, I liked the selection of clothing available on the server.
Problem: Chernarus is a very large map, even 127 people is average for such a map – a well-known fact. If you look at the monitoring, the maximum number of players reached 46 – very few for such a very large map.
Advice: The positive attitude of the administration is of course nice, but you need to look realistically at the order of things. The administration should focus on Livonia and concentrate on it – there will be more profit. Those who like playing on this project will have no choice but to switch to Livonia. Or, on the contrary, focus on Chernarus – players who switched from Livonia will have more than enough places to build their clan bases. That's up to the administration to decide.
Strange moment: I wasn't clear why an untouched Kalash with an untouched magazine and untouched cartridges literally jammed after every shot – every time the cartridge got stuck, that's insane. Because of this, I almost lost my character. We'll think about it 🤷🏻

The project is really cool, never stands still. It's geared toward any playstyle, whether PvP or PvE.
It's fun to play whether the population is low or high.

The first thing that really sets Alterego apart from other servers I know is the admin's attitude towards all players on the server. If you have a question, they reply very quickly and even give you game advice. So new players will find it easy to learn the game. The second thing is the mods—not a random mix, but a good balance.
