We're back online

As a result of recent events, several data centers hosting our infrastructure were taken down. This caused a prolonged outage and forced us to deploy a significant part of the infrastructure at new locations almost from scratch.

Our website is available again, and almost all data was successfully preserved and transferred. Services are gradually returning to operation, and we continue to restore everything that was affected.

Unfortunately, a small portion of data covering a period of less than a day, including server online statistics, remains blocked for now. At the moment, we have no way to restore access to it. All other data was successfully transferred.

Right now, we continue deploying infrastructure in new data centers, reviewing its architecture, and working to make our services significantly more resilient to situations like this in the future.

Therefore, over the next few days, you may still encounter errors, delays, or slow performance in some features. We are aware of these problems and are gradually resolving them as the infrastructure is restored.

If you made purchases on October 10, but the purchased service does not appear on the required server, just contact support. We will check the purchase and restore the service.

And for all other users who had active services at the time of the outage, we will additionally extend them by 10 days as compensation for the downtime.

We understand how unpleasant this situation has been, especially for those who use our services every day.
