And likewise, when we try to clarify in more detail what exactly the ban was issued for, the administration simply refers to the fact that it may not disclose this information. That is, they may even be mistaken about the ban, but they won't look into it, they will simply tell you: "We don't ban just like that, if you were banned, it means there was a reason for it, wait for the unblock time" — that is their verbatim response to our attempt to simply understand the situation in more detail.
So the administration definitely does not want to investigate, despite their own words from the posts below: "I listen to your wishes" and "It's important to me that it's cozy and interesting for everyone here." But in reality they simply issue bans without verification and/or explanation of the reason.
The project is simply losing active people with such an attitude towards players.
The server owners themselves leave a red cross reaction, but they don't answer ANYTHING under the posts)) although on other posts, where they have arguments, they answer)

I want to add to my review for those who are choosing a server. We filed an official ticket and attached a screenshot showing one of the administration's "friends" rudely telling off the admins in open chat. The most concerning part is that the administration ignored this and did not react at all. You'll agree, it's strange to see moderators tolerate disrespect toward themselves while strictly demanding proper behavior from ordinary players.
Don't waste your time on this project. If admins allow themselves to be treated this way and don't protect the community, then what kind of decent game can we even talk about? There's no point in investing your time and effort here, because the rules work only against you, not in your favor.
Our whole team got banned, and without the slightest explanation of the reason.
Here's how it happened: we played on the server and utterly devastated the base of a well-known clan. Players of that clan themselves bragged that they had a "direct line with the admin." And what do you think? Exactly a day after we completely dominated them, we got hit with a ban.
We didn't stay silent and decided to seek justice: we submitted a ticket, joined the voice channel, and waited for the administration for 3 hours. In response, all we got was a ban in Discord and absolute silence — zero comments, zero reactions.
I want to be honest: the server is interesting, it really does have its perks. But what's the point of investing time into survival if at any moment your access can be cut off for no reason, and you're even denied the right to discuss it? If the administration treats players this way, the server simply loses its meaning.
Admins ban without checking, ignore in tickets. I played on this server, farmed stats 65/10, got banned for a rule violation without any rule being specified. When trying to write a ticket, ignore; in DMs also ignore. I don't recommend this server, don't waste your time

Hello. Thank you for your feedback and we would like to clarify the situation. Initially, the ban was issued for 3 days for violating server rules, not for suspicion of using third-party software. We are always ready to conduct checks upon constructive requests, however after receiving the ban you began leaving messages in the support channel with direct insults towards the administration and their relatives. According to our rules, toxic behavior and personal attacks are not allowed, so later we decided to add your account to the project's blacklist.
Regarding the ratings: we do not engage in boosting, all reviews are left by real players. Please note how much time has passed since the review from player "sspartnax", at that time he was a regular player of our project.

Hopped onto the server on a friend's recommendation and haven't regretted it. The atmosphere is really cool, the admin doesn't slack off, everything runs smoothly. The player base is active, people are reasonable, you can progress at your own pace and find teammates. I've already settled in here and definitely don't plan to leave 👌
