URAGAN RUST | X5 | MAX 5

«Hello! Thank you for your review. We conducted a detailed investigation and pulled the server logs. You are absolutely right — the teleportation and unauthorized raid did indeed occur. However, this was not the administration's doing: our server was attacked by malicious actors (players pepega, Stealth, etc. exploited a vulnerability in the permissions configuration of one of the admin plugins). At present the vulnerability has been completely eliminated, malicious plugins have been removed, passwords have been changed, and the players involved have been banned. We sincerely apologize for this incident.
