Houses and companies have a rigid system based on real life: pay your taxes, energy, and remove garbage so you don't lose your property. With a house, you can buy residential vehicles for you and your tenants to use. With a company, you can earn more money by hiring employees to generate profit for both.
Bases and arena are part of the DM system. With a base, you can recruit members and form your own play style. The arena is where you can practice DM without penalties, being an isolated location specifically intended for this purpose.
About the rules and administration: the rules are clear and undergo periodic reviews (depending on several factors), generally based on player behavior and server updates. Even during periods of high traffic, usually reaching peaks of nearly 200 players, the administration maintains a good level of attention. The team is active, organized by shifts at different times and ranks, being: Intern, Helper, Moderator, Administrator, Coordinator, Director and Developer. With this elaborate system, everyone is attended to, helped and punished at different times.
Forum, website and social media: it is very important, especially for new players to stay up to date with everything that is happening, because it is where the player learns about everything on the server, and on the forum there are several areas to explore, with detailed explanations about each sector (rules, systems, support, tutorials, announcements). These structures facilitate the integration of new players and the consultation of important information; it is vital to visit for a good game.
