Dunastika is an interesting project, I'll say right away that surviving solo will be quite difficult because even your own species can kill you, but I can't deny the fact that most of the guys are friendly, as well as the admins who are always able to help you with the site and tell you what's what in the game)
I recommend this server both for playing with friends and for finding those friends, there are many players who know their way around files and will easily help you learn.
Dunastika is unique because you can right now play as full-fledged new dinosaurs, and in the future also on a personal map from this server!
Regarding the day without rules.. better sit in a hidden place, clans that make mega packs are very very harsh(
