"Hello. My in-game nickname is B_O_G_D_A_N_C_H_E_G, and my Steam ID is https://steamcommunity.com/id/B_O_G_D_A_N_C_H_E_G/. On August 18 I received a ban for Chat Violation. I honestly admit — I drank too much and snapped emotionally after a hard work week. I fully admit my guilt, I violated the rules. I've been playing on your servers for a long time and love them very much. I give my word that there will be no more talk about politics or national topics from me. Please understand, forgive me, and give me a chance. You can give me a full chat mute for a month, but please let me play."
Apparently, my name was causing more trouble than actual troublemakers! 😂
I was forced to change my name on this server. My player name was Jail Trump. I wasn't discussing politics, starting arguments or upsetting anyone. It was just a username!
Honestly, if a name is enough to get you thrown out or forced into a rename, perhaps the admins need to spend a little less time policing usernames and a little more time looking at how people actually behave.
There are players giving others grief left, right and centre, yet somehow that seems to go unnoticed. Funny how some people appear to get special treatment. Is there a VIP membership for breaking the rules now? Does being a Whale (or having money) come with a lifetime exemption? 😂
The rules should apply equally to everyone, whether you're rich, popular, politically connected or just some random player trying to enjoy a zombie server.
Please leave players alone and let people enjoy the game.
It's a zombie server, not Parliament! We've got enough zombies to deal with already without the admins turning into the thought police.
If money buys you a different set of rules, then frankly, BULLSHIT!
