A server full of cheaters, I've played on almost all of them — there are a lot of cheaters who don't even care. You write a report with fraps — the admin puts you on ignore. The server is a donator trash heap with a rigged rating on this site (for voting on the site you can get perks on the server, that's why the rating here is high).
