The selection of administrators goes through a multi-stage internship system, including selection for an interview at the application stage, theoretical and practical training, as well as several exams. At the same time, we do not accept random people into the team, especially not by advertisement. 2. The rules are the same for everyone, including administrators. Violations on their part are recorded and punished up to removal from the position. Also, administrators are required to explain their verdicts, and appeals of such verdicts are possible. 3. We do not ban for criticism, but for insults, threats, and toxic behavior — yes. This is directly stated in the rules that the player agrees to when playing on the servers. 4. The server does not break due to administrators — we monitor stability and quickly eliminate technical glitches when they occur. 5. Players receive a response to their inquiries, possibly not instantly, but within a reasonable time. The team of administrators are volunteers, we try to help everyone to the best of our ability.
