I played on the project for two years with teammates in the evenings — we went through entire wipes. A couple of months ago we left "5 Grozy" because I got banned "for playing with a cheater." My teammates weren't banned, and I was surprised, so I wrote a ticket in Discord to figure out what exactly I got banned for.
In the ticket they insulted me, called me a fool, said I was "playing dumb," and never properly explained why I was banned. Direct quote from an admin: "You pretending to be a fool? Don't you know why you were banned?" — that was the reply to a simple question: "Hello, I've been banned, I don't know why."
In the end they tried to say something incoherent, then insulted me again and also banned me from Discord. I tried to reach out, but apparently the "Groza" admins consider themselves some big shots and they absolutely don't care about the opinions of players — old, new, any.
Now I can conclude that I was banned, most likely because they mixed up the Steam ID or in-game ID. They banned a group of players, but I wasn't on that list, my teammates weren't touched either — I just logged onto the server already banned.
The guys and I moved to another project. If you don't want to end up in a similar situation, either write to the admins so politely that they don't even have to reply, or don't interact with them at all. Better yet — just don't join a server where such situations can happen, where admins will talk to you like that.
