No Discord and not in our channel? BAN

I looked at servers in VK groups, and found this server, decided to play, and got hooked for a few months. Everything was fine, I played, chatted in the game.

My stats weren't great, because I barely killed anyone, only built, since I'm not a pro player, I only have 700 hours on Steam, and most of that on this server. I also bought from the shop (on their website), using promo codes they gave out in the VK group.

And then a wipe happened (was supposed to be at 12, ended up barely connecting at 15, and it's almost always like that, constant lag on the server). And a window pops up, pass the verification and join Discord. They give 5 minutes.

As a person who doesn't have Discord, I was shocked, and ran to figure out where and who to write to, but in the end - I got banned.
After I finally found someone to write to, I wrote. But the admins didn't give a .... about my excuses that I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE DISCORD AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT. Five minutes passed - ban, take a break.

Great approach! Look at the stats, and understand that this player obviously plays without any cheats. Look at the Steam profile, where there is no ban (not a single game - no ban), look at the hours in Rust, look at how many months I spent on the server? Or track the player's gameplay? - Nah, too lazy for the admins.

When I was looking for a server on VK, there was no information that every slave of this server must have Discord and, for any reason, within 5 minutes, come crawling to the admins. So make a post and pin it, not all players use Discord, just a note.

Apparently I'm definitely a cheater (sarcasm), I even wrote a bad review. No, I'm just upset about the time wasted on this server, since they ban regular players without reason.

Even when the window popped up for me to show up for verification, I wrote in the game chat asking where and who to write to. Because I don't use Discord, but nobody cares.

If you receive complaints, check first (same surveillance). A couple of weeks ago I also filed a complaint about 1+ (solo server), but no one reacted, they were playing in a duo (on a solo server) and probably still running around - Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, garik

My nickname: "Алё, Кабан?" - unjustly banned on your server. You can look at my stats, profile, shop profile, and my play history in your free time. And try to conclude that I'm a cheater - you won't, because I play without cheats. But the admins don't want to bother.

Admins won't thoroughly check complaints, they'll just ban. And we'll also boost positive reviews using a contest in the VK group, leave a review and participate in our contest. WOW, you can immediately see great fake reviews written just to participate in the contest.
