No Discord and not in our channel? BAN
I was looking at servers in VK groups and found this server, decided to play, and got hooked for several months.
Everything was great, I played, chatted in the game.
The stats weren't great, because I barely killed anyone, I only built, since I'm not a pro player, I only have 700 hours in Steam, and most of that is on this server.
I also bought from the shop (on their website) using promo codes they gave out in the VK group.
And then a wipe happened (was supposed to be at 12, but at 15 we barely connected, and it's almost always like that, constant lag on the server).
And a window pops up: pass verification and join Discord. They give 5 minutes.
As a person without Discord, I was in shock, and ran to figure out where and who to write to, but in the end - banned.
After I finally found who to write to, I wrote.
But the admins didn't give a .... about my excuses that I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE DISCORD AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT.
Five minutes passed - ban, take a break.

Check the stats and understand that this player obviously plays without any software.
Look at his Steam profile, where there are no bans (not a single game ban), look at the hours in Rust, see how many months I spent on the server? Or monitor the player's gameplay?

When I was looking for a server on VK, there was no information that every slave of this server must have Discord and, in any case, come running to worship the admins within 5 minutes.
So make a post and pin it, not all players use Discord, just so you know.
Apparently I'm definitely a cheater (sarcasm), I even wrote a bad review.
No, I'm just upset about the time spent on this server, since ordinary players get banned without reason.
Even when the window popped up for me to come for verification, I wrote in the game (chat) what to do and where to write.
Because I don't have Discord, but nobody cares.
If reports are submitted, check first (same surveillance).
A couple of weeks ago I also filed a report about 1+ (solo server), but no one ever responded, they were playing duo (on a solo server) and are probably still running around - Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, garik

You can look at my stats, profile, profile in your shop, history of how I played at your leisure.
And try to conclude that I'm a cheater - you won't, because I play without cheats.
But the admins don't want to bother with that.
The admins won't carefully check reports, they'll just ban for no reason.
