ginzburgrmoan even bought colored highlighting for his server, and he's a top voter, 0 suspicion that the server isn't his. The second account which is supposedly the owner, was registered on June 9th))), so he already votes from 2 accounts, writes negative reviews to all servers and thinks he's a hot shot. My opinion: we spam reports, his messages and his server for unjustified humiliation of servers, in favor of promoting his own, and most importantly, his noob server has never seen more than 5 people online, cry, cry.
