Global Server Auction House Update

Dear players! The interface, lot creation, and trading system of the /auk auction house have been completely reworked.
Trading resources, weapons, and items is now even easier, clearer, and safer!

WHAT'S NEW:

• Clear trading modes
  - Sections now have new intuitive names:
  - "SELLING" — sell your items to other players.
  - "BUYING" — create personal requests to purchase the resources you need.
  - "AUCTIONS" — trading with bids and buyout.
• Smart price calculator and auto-conversion
  - When listing an item, you now have 2 convenient input fields:
  - "Price per 1 item"
  - "Willing to pay / Total price"
  - Changing either field (or the item quantity) makes the system instantly and accurately recalculate the final amount and exchange rate!
• Visual exchange block and smart balance adjustment
  - Visual preview: Before publishing, you now see a clear exchange block: what you GIVE ➔ and what you GET, with large icons and the rate.
  - Inventory balance check: When you create a purchase request, the auction house checks whether you have enough currency on hand.
  - "Adjust to balance" button: If you don't have enough currency for the desired amount, one click calculates the maximum number of items your funds can cover!
• Confirmation window before publishing
  - No more accidental zero errors! Before publishing a lot, a detailed confirmation window opens with all trade parameters: lot type, quantity, and the exact amount to be debited/reserved.
• Categories and filters in the "MY LOTS" section
  - The "MY LOTS" tab now includes a full category panel, quick search by name, sample selection from inventory, and convenient sorting by date/price.
