I got an AK-47 | Elite Build skin worth almost 600 rubles. The site notification clearly says: "You got a drop! The AK-47 | Elite Build is already in your inventory." I have a screenshot.When trying to withdraw the skin to Steam, the site gave an error insufficient_funds (your bot simply didn't have the item).I IMMEDIATELY wrote to tech support. Your AI bot gave absolutely useless advice: "Just refresh the site and that's it."I refreshed the page several times, but the site blocked the withdrawal of the AK and gave a window with no alternative: "This skin is not available, choose another one." There was NO cancel or return BP coins button in the interface. You literally trapped me.Because of your bug, I had to choose the only available item — an M4 worth only 190 rubles. But even that one the site does not allow to withdraw!
