Terrible moderation on many servers. Either there are 10 people on the server, or no one at all. They ban you for no reason, just because you upset the admin's friend. It feels like they recruit admins not based on adequacy, but they pick the worst patients from a mental hospital.
Yes, there are also good admins — that's true. But what some do completely outweighs all the positives.
