the server is honestly bald, where admins unban cheaters with the excuse 'shoots well'
Not so bad overall, of course there are downsides — prices on the site are high, and cheaters do get banned, though not immediately. But for beginners, it'll do.

(The admin just unbanned a cheater for no reason, saying he just has good aim, even though his account is brand new and he always hits headshots at any distance. So yeah, you can only play normally here if you're friends with the admin.)
