Why do server admins ban without evidence?
On some servers, the admins are terrible – they ban people without proof, based solely on their suspicions. I have 5.2k hours played, and today I was banned for making a few cool shots. I offered to stream my gameplay, but they aren't interested.
It all depends on the conscience of the admins and mods. We also have an anti-cheat plugin on the server, it shows a lot in your game, and if you are an honest player, no one will ban you here. Welcome to SMURF RUST X5|LOOT+|TP|KIT| FOR NEWBIES| WIPE 19.10

Usually all files should be in the Steam folder in SteamLibrary or SteamApps, but they may be in a hidden folder.
Try going to Drive C and enable showing hidden files and system files in Explorer settings, then you might find them.
