A server that lags and has rather bad reg (often doesn't register when shooting at a model). Strange recoil on weapons, probably changed it for some reason. You can sit still and it still doesn't fly to the center (possibly the server is still running old rehlds, so it feels this way compared to other servers that have the new one). Parachute that gives fast acceleration and also very easy bhop on the server. And we get: a guy flies on a parachute at huge speed, breaking all map balance and timings. That's why on nuke such geniuses climb onto the roof faster than terrs. On Aleksandre they enter mid below through B faster than terrs, on dust they fly out to bank faster than a guy from long comes out as CT, etc. But the complaint is essentially only about the crooked reg and strange shooting from weapons. the spread here is clearly greatly increased compared to modern clean rehlds

Very strong privileges for VIPs/admins: extra HP, extra damage, extra movement speed, reduced damage taken (basically even more extra HP), a ton of heals, special weapons with reduced spread.

And the "top" players (as the server population calls them: "pros") in addition to VIP perks paid extra to buy even stronger guns with almost no spread and extra damage, infinite ammo (no reload), double jumps, and a billion heals that they can use instantly, without animation, on the move.

So the "best" players just run +w around the map holding down the fire button and kill everyone.

And if you, God forbid, kill one of these "pros," you get banned for cheating.

Furthermore, if a real cheater is playing, the 5 admins currently on the server just don't care about him – the main thing is not to kill the "top" players.

The head admin also doesn't give a damn about anything: regular admins don't ban real cheaters? Whatever (he literally wrote that he knows about it but won't do anything). And if the "best pro player on the server with a billion privileges" bans a regular player who keeps killing him because the "best pro player on the server with a billion privileges" can't actually play, the head admin also doesn't care – he who pays the piper calls the tune.
