Moderation on the HyMagic server leaves much to be desired. It gives the impression that the administration practically does not control the moderators' actions and does not monitor whether the punishments issued are fair.

Let me clarify right away: I received the first two warnings justifiably and do not deny my guilt. However, I consider the further punishment in the form of a mute and a ban for 1488 days for an indirect rather than direct insult excessive and disproportionate to the situation.

The problem is not that violations are punished, but that punishments must be appropriate and the rules must be applied consistently to all players. It gives the impression that a moderator can issue an extremely serious punishment at their own discretion, and no one will monitor their actions.

As a result, an unpleasant impression of the server emerges: even if you acknowledge your mistakes, this does not guarantee fair treatment from the moderation.

Bottom line: HyMagic needs stricter oversight of moderators, a transparent punishment system, and an opportunity to objectively appeal decisions. A ban for 1488 days for a situation like this looks excessive and only reinforces distrust in the administration and the quality of moderation.
