You need to contact an admin on that server, maybe there are some connections, if not then there's no way.

Maybe the admin is out of it, write to server support.

Open Garry's Mod, then press Ё and if nothing appears go to settings and try pressing it again, then the console will appear, type there: connect (server ip)

Depends on which server, if darkrp then you need to go to their website and buy it but if on another one you can possibly check on the site or type a donate command

You got banned, and if you played on another account then try using a vpn

If you use a server with the ULX plugin then write in console ulx adduserid [his harris steam id] admin

They ban you even for the slightest suspicion of cheats, while checking they found a file called injectprogram which was from the game.
