Interesting project idea, classified by administration, friendly community. I liked it also frequent giveaways of privileges and a large number of events where you can get decent gifts.

I've been playing on Pan1ka for quite a few days now, and it's one of the best public servers in CS. The admins are reasonable, they don't ban for no reason, and they strictly keep order — they quickly remove screaming schoolkids and cheaters. The atmosphere is top-notch, the people are sociable, you can always find someone to have fun with. Ping is stable, the server doesn't lag. I recommend it!
