If the game is on an SSD, usually the files can be found in the Steam folder. It may be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike 2. Also try checking in C:\Program Files\Steam for inaccessible or system folders, sometimes they may be hidden. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game or look in Steam settings, where you can choose the installation folder.
OBS doesn't see the game
I launch OBS and try to select the game window, but it just doesn't show up in the list. The game is in fullscreen mode, and I tried switching to windowed mode, but the result is the same.
I noticed that if I turn on screen capture mode, everything is displayed, but it's not convenient that way
Try running OBS as administrator, might help. Also check the capture settings, sometimes you need to change the mode to "Game Capture". If it doesn't work, try disabling any overlays like GeForce Experience. Full screen can interfere, so it's better to use windowed mode or capture with windows, but without that crap.
