1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the https://gamemonitoring.net website, related accounts, support requests, paid features, and other Platform functionality.
1.2. The controller of personal data is SERGEI DMITRIEV PR BEOGRAD (registration number: 67996950, Tax ID (PIB): 114976784) (the Controller).
1.3. This Policy explains which personal data may be processed by the Controller, for which purposes, on which legal grounds, to whom such data may be disclosed, and what rights the data subject has under applicable law, including the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018).
1.4. Separate consent to personal data processing, where required by applicable law or collected separately by the Controller, is available at https://gamemonitoring.net/legal/privacy/pd-processing.

2. What Data May Be Processed

2.1. The Controller may process the following categories of data:

  • account and identification data, including email address, username, identifiers, and information received through connected authentication methods;
  • contact data and the contents of support requests, applications, emails, and other messages;
  • order and payment-related information necessary to identify a service, payment, refund, or support request; full payment card details and wallet credentials are generally processed by payment partners;
  • technical and usage data, including IP address, device and browser information, cookies, action logs, page visit data, and information about use of Website functionality;
  • data from connected integrations, external accounts, or publicly available sources where the User connected those sources or made them public.

2.2. The Controller does not require the User to publish third-party personal data on the Website. If the User submits such data, the User must have a proper legal basis for doing so.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing

3.1. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • registration, authentication, account management, publication of reviews, use of Website features, and provision of paid digital services;
  • handling support requests, complaints, refund requests, and other User communications;
  • confirming transactions and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • maintaining logs, ensuring security, diagnosing errors, and supporting the technical stability of the Platform;
  • analyzing Website usage and improving functionality.

3.2. Service notices are sent for the performance of the contract, account security, and operation of the Website.
3.3. Advertising and marketing messages are sent only where a separate valid consent exists if such consent is required under Serbian law or other applicable mandatory law.
3.4. Depending on the circumstances, processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent, the necessity to conclude or perform a contract, compliance with obligations established by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, as well as other grounds expressly provided by the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018).

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

4.1. The Website may use strictly necessary cookies, authentication cookies, interface preference cookies, and web analytics tools. Where the User's settings and the applicable legal basis allow, functional and analytics cookies may also be used.
4.2. Through cookies and analytics tools, the Controller may process IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device data, information about actions on the Website, and the date and time of page visits.
4.3. The User may restrict cookies through browser settings and, where such functionality is available, through the Website interface. This may affect the operation of certain Website features.

5. Data Sharing and Entrusted Processing

5.1. The Controller may disclose personal data to recipients and entrust its processing to processors acting on behalf of the Controller, including hosting providers, CDN providers, payment partners, authentication providers, analytics services, communication services, anti-bot protection services, error-monitoring services, as well as persons ensuring the operation of other domain versions of the Gamemonitoring service, where such disclosure or entrusted processing is necessary for the operation of the Platform, performance of the Controller's obligations, and compliance with legal requirements.
5.2. Payment card details, wallet credentials, and other sensitive payment data are generally processed by the relevant payment provider under that provider's own terms and privacy rules.
5.3. The Website is a separate domain version of the Gamemonitoring service, the technical operation of which is ensured within a unified information system, including a centralized database and shared software and hardware infrastructure. Accordingly, personal data relating to users of this domain version may be processed within that information system. The primary databases and core software and hardware infrastructure used for operation of the service are located in the Russian Federation. Where such organisation of processing involves transfer of personal data to another country or access to such data from another country, such transfer or access is permitted only where there is a lawful basis, the applicable legal requirements are complied with, and appropriate safeguards are applied.

6. Data Retention and Protection

6.1. Personal data is retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, comply with legal requirements, handle requests, resolve disputes, and maintain required records.
6.2. The Controller applies reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, and other unlawful processing.
6.3. No method of transmission over the Internet and no storage system can guarantee absolute security, so the Controller cannot guarantee it in full.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

7.1. Within the scope provided by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, the data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data, demand rectification, blocking, or deletion, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia or with a court.
7.2. To review a request, the Controller may ask for information necessary to verify the requester's identity and the scope of the request.

8. Public Content and Third-Party Services

8.1. Reviews, replies, comments, and other materials that the User publishes publicly may be accessible to other persons. The User should not publish data that the User does not wish to make public.
8.2. The Website may contain links to third-party websites and integrations. Data processing by such services is governed by their own documents and rules.

9. Changes and Contact Details

9.1. The Controller may amend this Policy by publishing a new version on the Website. Unless another date is stated in the new version, changes take effect upon publication.
9.2. Continued use of the Website after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
