Paid Digital Services Terms

SERGEI DMITRIEV PR BEOGRAD, hereinafter the Platform Administration, offers to conclude an agreement for the provision of paid digital services available on the website https://gamemonitoring.net on the terms of this Offer.
Payment for the selected service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1.1. This Offer applies only to paid digital services and features expressly offered on the Website.
1.2. Information about the scope of the service, duration, price, activation procedure, the moment performance begins, and other material conditions is indicated on the checkout page or in the description of the relevant service.
1.3. The relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

2.1. The Platform Administration provides the User with paid digital services related to additional service features and functionality.
2.2. The exact scope of the service is determined by the description of the service selected by the User on the Website at the time the order is placed.
2.3. Unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific service, activation is generally completed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
2.4. Unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific service, performance of the service is deemed to begin when it is activated on the User account or when access to the relevant paid feature is provided.

3.1. The price of the service is determined at the time of ordering and is displayed before payment is made.
3.2. The Platform Administration may change prices for future purchases unilaterally. A price change does not affect services already paid for.
3.3. Payment is made using the methods available on the Website at the time of ordering, including payment methods and payment partners used by the Platform.

4.1. Refunds are made in the cases and in the manner provided by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
4.2. When considering a request, the nature of the service, the moment its performance began, the extent of performance actually provided, and other legally relevant circumstances are taken into account.
4.3. Requests related to refunds must be sent using the contact details indicated on the page https://gamemonitoring.net/contacts, together with information sufficient to identify the payment and the service.

5.1. The Platform Administration is not liable for failures, delays, or restrictions caused by banks, payment aggregators, telecom providers, hosting providers, the User's software, or other circumstances beyond the Administration's reasonable control.
5.2. The Platform Administration does not guarantee that the User will achieve any commercial, gaming, marketing, or other result from the use of a paid service unless such guarantee is expressly stated in the description of the specific service.
5.3. Nothing in this Offer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

6.1. If a mandatory pre-trial claim procedure is provided by the laws of the Republic of Serbia or applies by virtue of the contract to the extent permitted by law, the party must send a written claim to the other party before applying to a court.
6.2. A response to the claim must be sent within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, unless another period is established by mandatory rules of applicable law.
6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
