Switched from Groza. Really liked everything at first. But, due to one mistake, I left a little earlier than 5 minutes after killing a player. Banned for 5 days. I never break the rules, they didn't give a warning. Wrote a ticket to support: (here's the most interesting part). I have never encountered such rude attitude, unfortunately. If something goes wrong - give a permanent ban. 2. Ready for a fine. 3. Discuss the situation with a senior. I am an adult, a good customer. But, why such beastly attitude, even in conversation? No one wants or intends to meet halfway, they treat you like trash. Who is sitting there? The owner knows how his admins communicate... I'm not sure, after all the server is made very well, most likely the main person is reasonable. Why are the admins so EMBITTERED at everyone?
