Switched from Groza. Really liked everything at first. But, due to one mistake, I left a little earlier than 5 minutes after killing a player. Banned for 5 days. I never break the rules, they didn't give a warning.

Wrote a ticket to support: (here's the most interesting part). I have never encountered such rude attitude, unfortunately. Someone @Luna communicated with me with such phrases: (if anything, I have all screenshots)

I suggested the following:

1. Just give a warning, because I never break rules. If something goes wrong - give a permanent ban.

2. Ready for a fine.

3. Discuss the situation with a senior.

I am an adult, a good customer. But, why such beastly attitude, even in conversation? No one wants or intends to meet halfway, they treat you like trash. Who is sitting there? The owner knows how his admins communicate... I'm not sure, after all the server is made very well, most likely the main person is reasonable. Why are the admins so EMBITTERED at everyone?

In short, if you are an adult and just want to play for your own enjoyment. You are ready to spend money. I have already invested almost 2k. Then be prepared that you will be treated like cattle. ...
