IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover Blitz 5.049 improves multiplayer airspawns

Update 5.049 for IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover Blitz focuses on multiplayer spawn points based on community feedback.

Key changes to airspawns and Full Mission Builder (FMB):

• New option to set initial heading for airspawns in multiplayer.
• FMB settings reorganized.
• Server Briefing: disabled spawnpoints clearly marked; selected spawnpoint shows max planes; formation and flight creation only when possible.
• FMB defaults to "1" for max planes; "0" disables spawn with hint.
• Create button disabled when all flights set to 0.
