SCUM hotfix 1.3.2.2.137892 fixes keycard exploit and boat bugs

SCUM has dropped its second hotfix following the July Update, bringing version 1.3.2.2.137892 with fixes for crashes, a police-station Keycard exploit, boat handling problems, and multiple item, trader, and cosmetic bugs.

• Fixed a client crash when crafting with ingredients at the edge of the player's vicinity range.
• Fixed a crash that could occur while driving a vehicle.
• Fixed server crashes not always generating crash reports.
• Fixed an exploit that let players farm Keycards from police stations indefinitely, depleting the server's global supply.

• Master Hunter quests can now be accessed without completing a regular Hunter trader quest first.
• Some regular Hunter trader items that were missing from the Master Hunter trader now appear, and the Hunter's Blind destruction sound no longer plays across the entire Island.
• Survival Tips no longer refer to hunting tasks after those tasks were renamed tutorials.
• Fixed Kinglet Mariner, Barba, and Dinghy issues, including unnatural bouncing or sinking in water and problems when steering or rowing.

• Certain items no longer clip through the Ultimate Quest Reward Boots on female characters, and every Keyhole Shirt variant now displays its correct color instead of black.
• Grilled Rabbit Leg no longer takes up twice its proper inventory space; cutting a 0.4 kg Long Wooden Stick now yields five 0.1 kg Small Wooden Sticks instead of three 0.5 kg ones.
• Items stored in quivers and holsters remain visible after being recovered from a corpse.
• The Doctor trader no longer charges the same price for every tier of BCU memory upgrade, and male Apex-type characters can be customized there.
• Apex Predator clothing fixes: Gloves no longer clip through certain long-sleeved clothing, gauntlet sleeves no longer disappear when the Jacket is worn over certain shirts, and the Belt Pistol Holster strap now appears on female characters wearing the Jacket.
• The Apex Predator Chest, which required Metal Chest materials but only provided Wooden Chest capacity, now provides Metal Chest capacity.
• Enlisted Jacket and Pants are now credited to Twitch Drops instead of the Luis Moncada DLC, and the Archer Canopy camouflage pattern is consistent between in-game and Steam DLC names.
