Team Fortress 2 Classified Authoring Tools 1.0.3 adds languages and FGD fixes

The Team Fortress 2 Classified Authoring Tools have been updated to version 1.0.3. The patch applies automatically when you restart the tools, and it introduces Portuguese (Brazil) and Traditional Chinese support alongside several FGD corrections.

• Added Portuguese (Brazil) and Traditional Chinese language support.
• Fixed missing TF2C-specific conditions in the FGD, resolving issue #965.
• Fixed various item_teamflag KeyValues in the FGD not being used in code.
• Updated localization files.

• Fixed the right-click context menu missing borders.
