Mesorift Survival 0.4.3 lands with flashlights and metal grates

Mesorift Survival update 0.4.3 went live on August 1, 2026. It brings new loot, new building pieces, more sound effects, expanded partial controller support, and a batch of fixes — and server admins do not need to wipe. Meik.W Interactive recommends updating servers and clients to 0.4.3.

• New loot item: Tactical Weapon Flashlight; some weapons can now be equipped with flashlights.
• New building elements: Metal Grate Frame and Metal Grate Door, both craftable at the CNC Table.
• New achievement: Mission.
• Added sound effects for mission notifications, throwing spears, and building upgrades.
• Raptors can now be run over with vehicles.
• Airplanes now take damage from hard landings.
• Expanded partial controller support — though the menu and in-game inventory currently cannot be controlled with a controller, and some other elements do not yet have full support.

• Spear throws are now focused more precisely toward the center point.
• Fixed spears not dealing damage to AI enemies.
• Fixed the airplane engine start key binding.
• Adjusted the pick-up truck camera position.
• Improved mission spawn locations.

Server admins: no wipe is required, but servers and clients should be updated to version 0.4.3.
