Soulmask 1.0 patch #20 fixes Desert Overlord, drops, portals
Soulmask's 1.0 Patch #20 is a client update, so players must update their game client to continue playing normally. The patch notes were published September 17, 2026.
Combat, creatures, and Central Core
- Barbarian invaders and monster drops no longer fall underground.
- The Desert Overlord can use basic attacks after breaking free from crowd control.
- Central Core no longer causes abnormal combat behavior when an invalid AI level is set.
- Combat can continue when Central Core summons fall to the bottom of an area.
- Barbarians can no longer have duplicate Talents or multiple Talents at the same level.
Building, portals, and transport
- Life Sense now scans special ores.
- Zipline supports can be repaired.
- Ship engines no longer count toward the portal limit.
- Pillar placement requirements have been optimized.
- Wall torches and wall-mounted oil lamps have optimized lighting parameters.
- Portals can be used in situations where they previously could not.
Talents, skills, and PvP
- Dye Balls are no longer affected by the Talent 「Multiple Throw」.
- Clicking Profession Skill icons in the Specialization Skill interface no longer displays incorrectly.
- Enforcer - Escape Mode now has a cooldown when repeatedly used on PVP servers.
