PixARK 1.238 emergency patch fixes server connection bug
PixARK’s 1.238 update is deploying alongside server maintenance on September 17. The maintenance is estimated to take 45 minutes, and the patch is an emergency fix for server problems that followed the September 16 update.
After that update, some explorers hit stuttering and failed connections when joining official game servers. The team traced the issue to the September 16 patch’s fix for creatures and baby creatures sometimes not eating food on servers: that fix triggered the server abnormalities.
PixARK 1.238 is intended to correct the confirmed issue, reducing the chance of similar anomalies and mitigating the impact on gameplay. The developers say problems have affected play since Terracrypt launched and that frequent updates will continue in the near future. Players who run into issues are asked to submit feedback through official channels.
