American Truck Simulator's Return to Brackenreach needs 1.3M deliveries
The Halloween roads beyond the veil are open again. Return to Brackenreach, this year's World of Trucks event, has reopened for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator players — for returning truckers and first-timers alike.
The whole community is chasing 1,300,000 deliveries. Individually, you need 15 Halloween deliveries in any trucking territory, including 3 to and 3 from Castle Brackenhelm. The event closes on Sunday, November 1, at 23:59 UTC.
Four cargo types and a portal
Everything runs on External Contracts with a World of Trucks–connected profile, in either game or both combined. Deliver to or from any city, and haul one of four Halloween loads:
- Halloween Treats
- Halloween Costumes
- Halloween Herbs & Spices
- Halloween Crafts
A portal to Brackenreach appears once you accept event cargo bound for Castle Brackenhelm. Find the spiral icon on the map and look for the sparkles with falling autumn leaves. Leaving Brackenreach with cargo takes you to its destination; leaving without cargo sends you to a random city for a new job.
There's also a bonus goal: discover the Witches' House hidden in Brackenreach by driving to it.
Rewards: a lantern, a key and a grimoire
- Personal — finish 15 or more Halloween deliveries for a unique World of Trucks Achievement plus the Wisp Lantern cabin item.
- Community — if the 1,300,000-delivery goal is met and you've completed your personal goal, you also get the Key to Brackenreach hanging cabin item.
- Discovery — drive to the Witch House for the Ember Grimoire cabin item, plus last year's Spooky Horn vehicle accessory.
Every reward is a Steam inventory item for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. You must complete at least your personal goal to qualify for any community reward; claim everything from the Events page on your World of Trucks profile.
