Euro Truck Simulator 2's 1.62 update adds three DAF XG+ editions

The 1.62 Update for Euro Truck Simulator 2 is bringing three new DAF XG+ editions: Emerald, Sapphire, and 30 Years in Czechia. All three are described as having distinctive paint jobs, exclusive exterior accessories, and specially designed interiors; they are set to arrive with the update.

The anniversary model celebrates DAF’s 30-year presence in the Czech Republic with a heritage-inspired design, royal orange paint, and unique anniversary logos.

• Exterior: black air intake grille with painted trim, matching black sunshield, and a choice of black or original roof lights. A unique black DAF badge is linked to the engine power configuration and can be switched back to the original silver version. A black anniversary badge sits beneath the side XG+ badge. The edition also gets exclusive rear wheel covers, black wheel nuts with matching caps, and an illuminated DAF logo.
• Interior: an exclusive Czech 30th Anniversary interior for the XG+ cab, with seats featuring embroidered DAF 30 logos and premium upholstery—black leather or high-quality Alcantara accents with orange diamond-pattern stitching. The upper bunk uses Alcantara with a subtle grey pattern inspired by the Czech flag.

The Emerald Edition stands out with a Forest Dawn green paint job and coordinated exterior and interior details.

• Exterior: grille with painted trim, coloured sunshield, white DAF logo, and an exclusive Emerald side badge. It also has a black door handle with a painted accent, black side window trim, and a unique chassis side skirt with matching painted details for the 4x2 chassis configuration.
• Interior: an exclusive cabin with dedicated floor mats, an emerald-inspired diamond pattern on the mattress and upper bunk, and specially designed curtains.

The Sapphire Edition pairs a Sapphire Blue paint job with a distinctive black DAF logo, side window trim, and a painted chassis side skirt on the 4x2 chassis.
