Сервер с кучей читеров, на каком из них только не играл - очень много читеров, которые даже не парятся. Пишешь жалобу с фрапсом - админ кидает в игнор. Сервер донатная помойка с накрученным на данном сайте рейтингом (за голос на сайте можно получить на сервере плюшки из-за этого тут большой рейтинг)
