This server bans people for simply being associated with people they dislike. Just this week they've banned near 200 people. For what? Being in another The Isle server ran by people they dislike... They do not care for members as they stress that they do, you will get permabanned and have the strike system completely bypassed if you merely express frustration at the way they run things. Zombie, an upper management, is entirely unprofessional and tells members to "Fuck off". He was notorious on Primal Pride for being a jerk, and it has not changed at all. They ban members for the reason "GG" and "GGez", they display no maturity, and their staff team is a mess within their personal server. They will ban you for merely being friends with people they do not get along with and expect you to stop being friends with them. My partner got banned simply for being my partner, and the only "reason" we've been given is that "It's up to the owner as it is her server and she can do whatever she pleases." They do not appreciate donators/boosters/lower staff and their assistance with the server at all.

I just opened a new The Isle: Evrima community server and I’m looking for players who would like to help build a fresh, active and chill community from the ground up.
The goal is to create a server where players can truly enjoy Evrima without being plagued by constant chaos, admin abuse, or the “dead server” syndrome. Whether you want to play solo, start a team, organize a herd, try out new characters, or just hang out and survive, you’re welcome here. I strive to avoid constant wipes because I know how much effort it takes to “raise” a single dinosaur. I want us to be a big group and have a great time playing! I’m tired of those Unofficial servers where you buy food on Discord and instantly level up your dinosaur, because I think that completely defeats the purpose of the game! I’m also tired of Official servers where my character and all the time I’ve invested in the game disappear after I log out.
So if you just want to play and improve, this is the server for you!

The server claims to care about respect and has points like 'PvE-minded' and 'No growing up in stress because of other people' but then allows all rexes to kill an entire group of herbivores for fun. When people complain about it they get told to cope because its a 'PvP-server' which obviously isn't true.. Playing a herbivore is basically impossible here and you will lose your progress whatsoever. You get rules upon your playstyle as a herbivore and get reported if you attack a carnivore out of defense, playing as a carnivore is the best strategy because they can do everything they want. One-sided server where carnivores get plenty of advantages and where they can't follow their own rules.

I’m writing this out of frustration with how things are currently being handled on the server. At this point, it’s hard to ignore what looks like clear favoritism, especially when it involves players who are friends with staff or are supposed to be enforcing the rules themselves.
We’re constantly told to submit tickets if we run into issues or see rule violations, with the promise that it will improve gameplay for everyone. But what’s the point of that system if nothing actually gets addressed—particularly when the reports involve certain individuals? It creates the impression that rules only apply to some players, while others are free to ignore them without consequence.
What makes this worse is that the people who should be setting the standard—those in positions of authority—are sometimes the ones breaking the rules most often. That completely undermines any sense of fairness or integrity on the server. It’s not just frustrating; it actively discourages players from engaging with the system at all.
If the goal is to maintain a healthy and enjoyable environment, then accountability needs to apply across the board. Tickets should be taken seriously regardless of who is involved, and rule enforcement should be consistent, not selective.
Right now, it feels like player concerns are being ignored, and that’s going to drive people away if it continues. I’m asking you to take a hard look at how these situations are handled and start treating all players equally.
