The anti-cheat issued the ban — the player deliberately provoked it by maxing out sensitivity and making sharp spins. Naturally, the ban came down — that’s a normal response from anti-cheat detection in beta testing. After review, it turned out to be a provocation rather than a real cheat, so the ban was lifted.
The raid that took place while the players were banned was the actions of other players; the administration did not organize it and did not bribe anyone. The fact that those raiding turned out to be server donors is a mere coincidence, not proof of collusion.
The claim about a ban for “protest” is also not true. The punishment was issued for insulting the moderators and for repeat violations, which under the server rules is treated as a ChSP. The reason was not disagreement with the administration’s decision.
