IOSoccer update makes defensive-third fouls automatic yellow cards

The 8 August 2026 update to IOSoccer tightens disciplinary rules: any foul committed in your own defensive third is now always at least a yellow card. The change removes the possibility of a warning for fouls near your own goal.
