Toxic admins who instead of helping ban for a ticket about a bug.
I reported a stuck case, loss of loot and deletion of items — got rudeness ("you bug yourselves", "machinations", "not even worth writing a ticket"), accusations of self-bugging and got banned in Discord.
The head admin took their side, turned everything upside down, accused of "matryoshkas" and dupe, although we were just moving loot from inventory to the car — without any matryoshkas. If they consider a case in a car to be a "matryoshka", then that's the peak of stupidity and excuses.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Spare your nerves.
