Toxic admins who instead of helping, ban you for a bug report ticket.
I reported a stuck case, lost loot, and deleted items — got rudeness ("you bug yourselves", "scams", "not even worth writing a ticket"), accusations of self-bugging, and got banned on Discord.
The head admin defended them, twisted everything, accused me of "matryoshka" and duping, even though we were just moving loot from inventory into a car — no matryoshka at all. If they consider a case in a car already a "matryoshka", that's the peak of stupidity and excuses.
I don't recommend to anyone. Spare your nerves.
