Normal DM, adequate and responsive admins monitoring the gaming. Yes, there are assholes sitting on hills with drop weapons, that's the point of it, to flush them out and take the height, you want to go nuts on the map and dominate in close fights. The essence of DM is to sharpen your maneuver from bullets or push a certain point. Regarding donations (for whiners), I never donated, but I mostly play in a purchased set....the secret is simple...DR.MAX has a YouTube channel, on which promo codes fly by in the videos that top up your wallet in the in-game store. Want a free set, watch the latest released video carefully, catch a promo, and rock yourself in the set! Don't WHINE that only donators are on the server (basically everyone tops up that way), do something to be in abundance, nothing will come by itself!!!!
