This project has a rule stating that the administration can issue a punishment at its own discretion, and there is also a rule about punishment for unjustified criticism of the project, as well as refusal of impudent requests to the administration.

This means that if the administration, in controversial situations whose resolution is not specified in the rules, makes a decision you disagree with and you try to argue against the administrator's position with reason, the administration can deem this as impudence and simply close the discussion of the problem. If you still have questions and decide to leave a negative review about the administration in their Discord channel (solely describing the situation and the decision the administration made, without insults, personal attacks, or criticism of the project itself), you risk getting banned on the Discord server and permanently banned from the project as a whole. Apparently, the administration considers this an insult to the administration and slander against the project - which is quite amusing since I did not insult anyone or say anything bad about the project. There was just one question that was never clarified for me:

On the server there are events that randomly spawn on the map, for example:

  • area clearance
  • heli crash
  • liner
  • dead patrol
  • tourist bag

A player who reaches the event before others must write in chat the name of the event and the location where the event was found by the player. This is done to notify other players that this event at this location is already taken by a specific player and there is no point in going there, and also so that other players do not interfere with the farming of the event or try to take the loot even though they arrived much later.

I familiarized myself with this state of affairs on the server, arrived at the event, figured out what event it was, went to Discord to understand how to correctly designate it. I wrote in chat. It was a toxic liner. I stated that I was on the toxic liner in Kalinovka. However, a player above had written "helicrash Severo". As it turned out, the player meant exactly the event that I had taken, but he wrote it incorrectly. I tried to resolve the situation with the player but it was to no avail. In the end, I remained standing at the edge of the event, not understanding whether I could participate in it or whether, despite the incorrect designation, it was still not my event. To clarify the situation, I turned to the administration.

The administration found no reason to punish the player in this incident, arguing that "the player wrote it incorrectly in a hurry, that is not a reason for punishment." But then the question arises: why is it specified in the rules what to do at the event, why are there clear instructions for the event, and most importantly, what will happen if in a similar situation I start farming the event ignoring the fact that another player is there? After all, he did not designate the event correctly, meaning he did not claim it, and I did claim it - so am I right or not?

The administration could not answer these questions, but instead decided that the phrase "so the correct designation of events is fucking useless, right?" is an impudent address to the administration.

The administration decided to write (not a direct quote): "Okay, we will punish the player, but if suddenly the same situation happens to you, we will make a decision without hesitation."

I hastily wrote a question: "If such a situation occurred, it would be quite reasonable for you to act that way, and it seems like that shouldn't even need to be explained, but why threaten extra on top of that, especially since you already tried three times to justify a controversial situation in favor of another player - for example, you yourself wrote at the beginning 'why didn't you try to talk to the player before writing the ticket' even though in this situation the player ignored the attempt to resolve the problem." This message was considered unjustified criticism of the project.

After that, the admin wrote that he was tired of talking to me and closed the ticket.

I left a review on their Discord server, and a minute later I was kicked from the server and given a ban in the game.

To players who are interested in this project, I recommend reconsidering participation on this project. Perhaps it makes sense to abandon this idea and spend time on something else, because there are many mechanics and rules on the server, meaning many controversial situations can occur, and you might not like the decision, and you risk getting banned for disagreeing with the administration's stance.

P.S. I would really like to pull up screenshots of the ticket correspondence, but since I am banned on the server and the ticket is closed, I can no longer view the ticket history.

P.P.S. Before sending the review on their server, I saw another negative review where a player complained about the bunker mechanics: "It turned out that the bunker requires not 1 card but 2, and this was not stated anywhere..." - that's how the review started. This player was not a member of this Discord server, probably also banned.
