Great server, the senior moderator is in the same clan as regular players on the server, and through deception under clause 2.2.1 he bans honest players who have not yet been familiarized with all the rule lists of this server, as a result of which moderation bans honest players while covering for their alliance (the Druns), and this even despite the recent change in the moderation system which states a rule for the project’s moderation and administration: moderation is obliged to keep evidence of punishments, without detailed explanations and de facto, having nitpicked the word "agreed" (read without much attention, not giving significance to that word), issuing their verdict and ignoring the evidence from the violators, replying, quote: "The very fact of consent exists. I see no reason to discuss this matter further.", after which they close the ticket.
After the ticket was closed, the whole team reviewed their evidence again; it captured: 1) two players (FAKICH, nashh) were ambushing our entire team (this already tells us that relations with these players are tense, hostile, and partly unconscious (in terms of communication, actions); 2) after analyzing these players’ accounts, it was found (from their Steam account profiles) that the first player has ~400 hours played over the entire time, while the second has only ~100 hours played; all this tells us that the accounts were created recently/bought or transferred, and on the video a couple of suspicious moments related to the fight are clearly visible, such as: shooting while jumping, roughly 5 shots into a pixel, too confident play for 100-400 hours in a fight, while there is no understanding of basic skills: airlock, breaking sleeping bags with improvised tools, and constantly staying in the same spot despite having their back open to building.
In the end, the consensus decision of our team was this: on this server, the senior moderation, and also all those involved in this project "Retro Rust", are implicated in deceiving players who are not familiar with the server rules, being in collusion with the senior moderator and his players playing together on the same server, who covers for his players (the peace agreement came from the attackers, which means that the violators were the attackers, and logically the block should have been issued at least not only to us, but also to the neighbors, since they were the initiators in this incident), we decided that we will no longer appear on this project, we wish this project further development and, of course, a full check/replacement of this moderation.
