Terrible server. Complete chaos. Starting with inactive admins and ending with a laggy host. The administration does whatever they want - giving out effects at the start, a black card that breaks the balance - no problem. It's allowed here and probably even encouraged. Giving weapons to SCP - no problem, on this server you'll find all of that. Admin breaks the rules - no problem, the top brass will cover it up, or even make you the guilty one, be careful. The main admin team of the project are impulsive kids who, if they don't like the way you look at them, will keep an eye on you until you're blue in the face, and as soon as you make a wrong move - teleport to the tower for a showdown, then a ban. Appeal a ban... They haven't even heard of that here. You most likely won't even get an answer to your question, because the admins will ignore you. How about listening to some incredible track by some schoolkid over the intercom? If you like that sort of thing, you've come to the right place, because it's already an "established tradition" and the administration has no right to punish them, here it's considered normal.
