Constant sharp movements on hit
When I get shot, the character teleports back a few centimeters to another side. This happens when I strafing and taking damage. How can this be fixed?

Try lowering inertia in settings or disabling V-Sync and changing graphics settings. Maybe ping is high?

Counter-Strike 2Error with file pak01.vpk When loading the game it shows error corrupted pak01.vpk. How can this be fixed? This is annoying, want to play normally, but here some crap with files. Why do this?

Try verifying the integrity of game files on Steam. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the game.
